Continuity of Care

VNCH’s multidisciplinary teams assure timely and accurate communication to the patient’s physician and family. We collaborate with other health care providers to assist in the transition of patients back to their homes.

Our Credentials

VNCH is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to accept Medicare and Medicaid. We also care for HMO (managed care) and private insurance patients, in addition to patients who wish to pay privately.

|Meet Our CEO:

VNCH is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Wyman as interim CEO of Visiting Nurse and Community Health effective Monday, June 27, 2016.
Michael has 20 years of executive operating experience in high growth technology-enabled services and healthcare companies.  Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO at Senior Whole Health, an innovative health plan that integrates care for people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.  Senior Whole Health was INC Magazine’s fastest growing US company in 2008 and has grown from $40M to $500M before it was acquired by TA Associates, a private equity firm.
Currently, Michael provides subject-matter expertise, transaction advisory and due diligence evaluation to Private Equity and Venture Capital clients investing in growth stage health care companies.  He also consults to health care startups including a Traumatic Brain Injury company.  Michael received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College. 
Michael comes highly recommended from a number of sources.  He has the experience, financial expertise, knowledge of healthcare and vision to lead us forward.  He and his family have resided in Belmont for over 30 years.  Please join us in welcoming Michael to the VNCH family.
