We’re currently accepting resumes for the following positions:

Speech Therapist
Per Diem.  Provide speech therapy services to patients in their home, updating rehabilitation care plans regularly, assessing goals.  Minimum of two years experience; home care experience desirable.  Current professional Speech and Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Massachusetts required.

Home Care and Hospice Social Worker

Per Diem.   Responsible for participating as a member of the interdisciplinary hospice team providing direct case work and counseling services to patients and their families in the home. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of psychosocial factors affecting terminally ill patients and families.  Knowledge of the process of death, dying and bereavement required.  Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a hospice social worker in an acute medical or related health care setting.  Bereavement or counseling experience necessary.  Current LICSW licensure in MA required. 
Home Health Aides/Hospice Aides 

Per Diem.  Provide personal care, assistance with transfers, ambulation, exercise programs and related household tasks.  Dual CNA/Home Health Aide Certification through an accredited program and successful completion of the state competence exam required.  Must have access to an automobile and a willingness to travel.

Day, evening, weekend and overnight hours as needed.  We are looking for reliable homemakers and companions on a per diem basis to provide services to clients involving companionship, errands, cleaning and other housekeeping functions.  Qualified applicants must have a minimum one-year prior related experience required, the ability to read, write, speak English, the ablility to follow instructions and knowledge of meal preparation and basic nutrition. 
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required.  Must be willing to travel to any of the towns we serve.
